We provide personalized matchmaking, coaching, and travel coordination services. All services are tailored, non-transferable, and may include third-party partnerships.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide honest, accurate information in all communication. Dishonesty or disrespectful behavior toward our staff, partners, or matches may result in termination of services without refund.

3. No Guarantee

While we commit to excellence and effort, we do not guarantee a romantic connection or successful match.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are final. Due to the personalized nature of our services and advanced coordination required, we do not offer refunds once services have begun.

5. Travel Disclaimer

Clients understand they are voluntarily traveling internationally and accept all associated risks. We assist with planning and coordination but are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or third-party service failures.

6. Privacy

7. Disputes

All disputes will be handled through confidential arbitration in the State of Florida.
